You could give yourself a level on Gene Dangus, if you beat a top 25 team or play in an all-time classic game. But it would only be in gameplay levels. In recruiting you gotta reach milestones like 10 recruits, or flipping a commit (using the unlock), getting a commit from a gem recruit. You get a level in recruiting. It would slow the progression but make you hit incentives.
