@@jonathanflores5360 Well D-9341 is considered an anomaly to some factions during the events of CB, hence the fact SCP 079 chose us specifically to help him control the facility, as he would have known that we had the save / reload ability. It probably spread to multiple factions, including the insurgency.

Context: CI appear in both classic CB and in Ultimate Edition. This is arguably the best ending in the game, as D-9341 (The player) is taken in by the Insurgency because of his prior occupation as a Senior Researcher within the Foundation, and maybe due to his anomalous properties. The proof they are Chaos is in the 1st line of dialogue. "You know too much to let *them* get you." Them is referring to the Foundation. Why did they stay in the hall? Simple, it would've been suicide. There were guards and MTF stationed at Gate A, and there was SCP-106.

yeah, in fact their walk cycle is screwed up. since you only see them move for about half a second, the devs didnt have any reason to put in effort to make the animation look good.

Yeah, the Chaos Insurgency are units from the Mobile Task Force division called Red Right Hand, if im not wrong they betrayed the foundation and they have some of the SCP's

They will warp right in front of D-9341 then warp him away quickly.
