I had to smile when you found the sea shells; I bought the same type several years ago. I make dollhouse accessories; I glued 2 shells point to point, "planted" a Bonsai plant made of grape stems and green foam made for model railroad scenery in them and sold them for $5 each at a dollhouse show!

Thirty-one bags are part of a multi-level marketing program where people would host parties and sell the line of fabric bags to guests. Lots of pretty designs and styles from cosmetic bags, tote bags, crossbody bags, etc....highly collectible but only mid-range quality.

If I find something with no price, I head for the employees door and knock. I then ask for someone to price the items and I say “ I’ll be waiting right here” with a very firm voice. I never get turned down. LoL. Of course, be sure to smile. 😊

Thirty-One is a Christian based women led company. The name for the company was derived from Proverbs 31. In a party based format with a consultant, they sold totes, bags, and purses that could be personally monogrammed(optional). Their products were very well-made. Some of the proceeds of their sales went to helping women and children in need. Unfortunately, the business is closing after 22 years. There are some totes on Amazon that still are available. I have picked up a few of their items in thrift stores and just love them. After their closure at the end of this year, there just might be a following for good conditioned, thrifted 31 bags. It may be worth picking them up, Danni.

That was fun and what a haul! My favorite is the gray elephant and baby and I think you bought that blue coffee cup with the pretty saucer! Love your decorations! Time goes so fast! Too fast! With my grand kids i get either plain glasses or plain mugs. We then get warm water with different color nail polish swift it around & the dump the item into the polish & the colours are fun & they give as gifts.Such fun. Tape the top in case someone want to drink it & no polish inside

The little mexico guy with no price looked like a miniature of the bigger dark looking one i think you were at an estate sale same pose and you couldn't reach him at first. The Maraca looked like a book end . Also another time Remember you picked up a narrow wood vase looking piece .I wanted to tell you it was a Holy water vessel they sell tourist it was missing a lid of some sort. It reminded me when you picked up the wood Juniper vase . Have a great productive evening.

I get that sense of running out of time to get things situated the way I want them to be as I get older! Random Becky fact: I had a Facebook memory come up today from years ago when we (idiotically) would note all the states we’d lived in, as well as traveled to. I copied the post to send it to my siblings because after I added the states I had traveled to since, I only have one more state to go! Next year, I’m going there (goal)! 😊 In sure your goals will be much more meaningful, and I’m excited to watch that happen (and think that by jumping on this plan with you, I will be able to go to my last state in first class style)!

I think Las Vegas has Deseret Industries thrift stores. Just wondering why you don’t thrift at them? I had heard of them and got to shop in one while visiting family in another state and the amount,variety and quality of goods was amazing. And, the prices blew my mind!!
