Just a heads up. Out of the 3 new npc’s (Rustler, Tomato Head, and the Bushranger). Rustler and tomato head come visit villages. The Bush one is the only one you need to explore to find.

hey kaz, two small tips! firstly, you can break flexwood with your sword, you dont need an axe! and secondly, (very small one) if you want to put a bunch of items in like a lumbermill, press the + and F and it will go in super quick

Btw there's a new grappler glitch! All you have to do is put it into a soil spot instead of a chest (I've seen people do it but I haven't tried it yet)

Just a heads up for everyone: Legendary Villagers DO visit you at your Village. It just takes time. When I moved from the Desert to the Shore in search of Blackheart, Carl Reef visited me within 10 minutes of putting down a village square. Couple days later, Mazy visited me. Spent the last month trying to find Blackheart (the Shore on the mainland is huge, then you have all of the islands with Shores) and today I got lucky. When I logged in earlier, all of my villagers loaded in at the same time and as they were walking from where they spawned in at toward the village, Blackheart loaded in and started walking to the village with them. So now I have 3 legendary villagers at my Shore base and all 3 came to me. So I’m proof that legendary villagers WILL visit you, it just takes time. Either that or we’ve been lied to and Carl, Mazy and Blackheart are all just Rare or Uncommon. Edit: And the Forest Axe with triple damage is now the most OP way to get trees. The iron sword doesn’t take damage when you use it (if you’re attacking large trees. Small trees cause damage to the sword now) but it does take 2 hits to break the bigger trees. The Forest Axe takes down any tree with 1 hit now. It takes damage, but you’ll be gathering 2x the wood compared to the sword. You’ll end up having to make another one, but just like the Grappler it’s extremely easy and cheap to make. That’s another thing: if you all want to have tons of Grapplers, just assign your villagers to smelting and making textiles. At night time, go find skeletons and farm blast powder. You’ll have all the copper bars, cord and blast powder you could ever need (along with other materials) if you just enlist your villagers to help. They’re pretty OP.

i’ve heard that Mazy and Blackbeard had their rarity lowered. Also why does everyone think Carl Reef is legendary? he’s visited my base and i’ve seen him visit bases in youtube vids. Until i hear about someone other than Mazy or Blackbeard visiting villages, i believe legendary villagers don’t visit bases

I have to say, I love watching you build. I'm jealous! My co-op worlds I play with people keeps us from having fun building with the high complexity area issue. I feel like it defeats the idea of building in a game intended to build in. We can't build anything to the scale I've seen you build, but I love you're channel and still love the game vicariously through you.

My legendary NPCs make about 30 copper bars, so I now have too much copper bars LUL. Sitting at like 120 Iron bars and like 400 copper bars haha

They really need to fix a bunch of things before the next update… The amount of villagers you’re able to have in your villages, 15 is ridiculously low… The fact that you can’t build on water like you did bc all they do is getting stuck in water or under rocks…

carry two pickaxes one with 2 damage and 1 durability essence and your second pickaxe with 3 luck, hit the ores 2 times with the damage pickaxe and then finish off with luck to get even more resources

I made a world the day after the update and right away tomato head spawned at my village. Mazy also spawned which is weird cause I thought she was a legendary villager and I thought those don't spawn at villages.

Nah that’s wrong, they definitely do spawn at your Village. It’s just very rare. Been playing since the first week and when I moved from the desert to the shore, Carl Reef visited me within 10 minutes. Mazy also visited. Have spent the entire last month trying to find BlackHeart (only reason I moved to the Shore) and haven’t had any luck. Marked spawn points but they kept spawning the same ppl (Cuddle Leader and either Dana or Robin). Today I logged in and right as I loaded in, all of my villagers loaded in at the same time and were walking around. Know who else was with them? BLACKHEART! :D So yeah, that’s 3 legendary villagers that all came to me lol and thank god because there’s tons of islands and each one has a Shore so trying to actually find them would’ve taken forever.

He kaz. Love your video's . Have you seen the video from Star the pleb? He has a tutorial where you can put your launchpad on a 45 degree angle with a dynamic foundation. I tried it out and it shoots you of like a canon and very far 😂

Doesn't even have to be dynamic, I was fiddling with various angles with normal flooring layered 2 times and foundations or posts only on one edge, maybe some wheels for fall cushion so it doesn't break immediately when you sweep the leg. Was trying to get one stuck to something at 90 degrees and then another opposite of that so it bounces me back and forth forever, like Night at the Roxbury. I did get a rainbow bounce back and forth between a pair at angles about five times until it missed due to slight alignment error. And shoving stuff around is nowhere close to fine-tuning, so eventually I gave up. Can also use stairs as guides and get them to lay down at a more predictable angle, less likely to shove instead of jump-on.

@@Spudz76 didn't know you could do that 🤣 I used the dynamic foundation and locked it in the front with a beam and the sides with a wall on the back I placed a stair and decorated it wih flags now I have a launching platform on top of my roof and it launches me right to the village next door 😁

Went and watched the Star video and hadn't thought about the balloons as a construction crane. Plus the first frames have a pad on a 90 degree lol. Still not sure how he managed that at the top of a tall wall. Also shows using a roof piece as a prop for exact angles, similar to my stairs idea but slight less angle.
