Pretty sure the games said the Doom Slayer was in Hell fighting for multiple eons. Considering an eon is 1 billion years it means he is at a minimum 2 billion years old. Just a bit more than 28 I'd say.

Yes. that would make sense. But you could argue that time works differently in Hell with it being well, hell so it would feel alot longer but may have only been a real few years.

@Temperius Well, even if time does flow differently in Hell or the various other dimensions the Slayer has visited, age would still be relative to himself. So even if it was only a couple of years for others, if he experienced eons of time, then he would be eons old. Like the Time Chamber in DBZ for example, one day outside is equal to a year spent in there. So, while one day has gone by, the people inside still aged a year.
