OMB, that navigation feature isn’t a bug. It can be toggled on and off by “\“ key

For the floating glitch, I could do it too, I actually made a video on it. You need to be in a private server with at least Moderator commands. Now you wanna view somebody and then TP to them, stay viewed to float, if you say :view me, you will stop floating. This works for me the majority of the time but not always!

That UI selection thing is a XBOX navigation system for well navigating UI's for XBOX, to trigger it I think you can plug a XBOX controller into your PC or some games will have a built in feature (like ERLC) to trigger it

I found a bug where if you laggy driving a bearcat into the side of a parking garage the start to fly all over and in buildings and the driver crashes
