As a Turk, these prices are normal. A month ago, the prices were half, but now maybe 20 30 TL can change around here, so you haven't been scammed, sir. The Grand Bazaar is a tourist trap where they charge you 3x the real value. These shops are nowdays mostly run by refugees who work uninsured and are poorly paid. The only Turk you probably met it is the juice vendor 😀 Please also go to other places in Istanbul!

Mac there other places in Istanbul. Visit the shopping malls visit Taksim,Beyoglu,Nisantasi,Besiktas, Bebek,Kadikoy moda,Buyuk ada,Zorlu center,Mall of Istanbul, Cehavir etc etc don't hang around Eminonu.

Well, I must say some of them were really not that cooperative but I can understand that because some of people are not that comfortable being in front of a camera. But in my experience, most of the locals here are very nice and hospitable🥰🥰

@@worldnomac Thanks man, good to know, as I’m planing to visit at one point. Still though, you’ve been all over the world with your camera, and I never had the feeling people had minded as much. I can see that not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera, but a lot of the people came across “short” and rather rude. In most other countries I’ve seen on your channel show interest in making friends. Maybe it’s just the way it came across. I wouldn’t hold it against the general public, as I don’t judge a country by just a few.
