And most of us here know that when you isolate the achievement hunter on an island with people who want to eat them and caves that can be explored, blood will undoubtedly be shed, the achievement hunter will do crazy things in open world games but if its semi - open world with enemies the achievement are bound to slaughter the cannibals no matter what the cannibals do

In hindsight, Achievement Hunter can technically be seen as the main antagonist of this since they're running around, killing and eating people with no hesitation. Imagine being a native tribe and seeing these 4 crazy mofos running around; that'd be a complete reversal of survival horror tropes.

So to sum up, they saw a stranger take a child from a wrecked plane (he could have been trying to save him), they ran into locals and immediately attacked first, killing all who came to their camp, chopped down several large trees and built fires everywhere, and then started eating the people. As someone who participated in its early access since 2015, bought two of the DLC, and experienced the drama of how unplayable it's been until I got fed up and quit playing it entirely, I'd say I've got quite a salt reserve for that game and it's devs. I can't think of a single time they delivered on schedule, and they had the nerve to create multiple new DLC's (each of which they charged for) only to find that they were just as unplayable. Average framerate for about 80% of users was about 12 fps, at least until it froze up entirely for a good twenty seconds. And don't give me bullshit about my computer not being good enough, I can play 40 vs. 40 unit battles on Warhammer Total War 2 with hardly a dip. Ark is notoriously unoptimized and laggy, and the devs notoriously poor at delivering
