Based on what is said here, his company withheld paying royalties to Mercy because she was not remitting funds to them. In reality, they should be the ones managing her booking. Anyways, Mercy has not fulfilled her contractual part to pay them the share from using their album and produce another album for them. I suspect that the royalties are far higher than what mercy owes them and there is more profit potential for mercy to produce another album. He used the wrong incentives to try to force mercy to produce another album and claim money from mercy's events.

Ask yourself this simple question, how many of Don Jazzy's artiste have had money issues with Don Jazzy? The financial dealings are open to them and their personal accountant and auditors. They are aware of what come in and what accrued to them. Eezeetee has refused to allow for an independent audit of the books (Chioma Jesus, Apostle Anselm Maduboulu intervened). Of he has nothing to hide, the audited books will be out by now. So we can all see how Mercy and Judikay are wrongfully accusing him. Some Nigerians are illogical so would go with his half baked social media spin jobs. There's clearly no honesty and transparency in his dealings.

They do the needful and share accordingly. The only objection ,I see would the artist. Artist should always learn to sign contracts that are favourable to themselves , not ones that are side ways, but because of greed they sign anything. The guy is a business man it's not his fault.
