Regirock thinks he's in Flipped 💀🙏 For those who don't know: Flipped is another OM where all of a mon's base stats are in reverse order (HP becomes speed, attack becomes spdef etc.), and Regirock has 200 base spatk there (because defense is swapped with spatk)

I've had decent success with timid life orb sheer force Rampardos. Only 65 base spa, but with the boosts, coming off a 165 base speed, and with Ramp's special movepool, it does its job.

Use slowking for trick room and chilly reception, and then chilly into 200 spatk regice, it’s ability ice body and leftovers let it heal 1/8 of its health each turn instead of 1/16 and also the snow gives it a 1.5% buff to defence

I think it’s called “healing wish storing” because the hat uses it too early, it doesn’t immediately go away, it waits for an appropriate activation move (and IIRC the swapped pokemon has to have less than 100% hp)

i think tera fight or grass might be the best for def and off for regis tera on that subject

like ice is decent but doesnt allow you to def tera and also just adds weaknesses plus makes switching back in later worse if there are rocks up. ice does let you do bolt beam coverage if you go tera blast tbolt meteor beam and earth power but then your rock move is once a game and your ice coverage is tera reliant. i think overall grass is probs the best imo because of the def potential it gives (tera on literally any would be super effective move and 3/4 times youll resist and the 4th type (fighting) is neutral) plus give you stab super effective damage into bulky grounds and waters
