I am Psycho...currently in Serie B after 4 seasons with Victor San Marino trying to boost the academy as quick as possible but my god the team has no money and its so hard to compete with the other teams not even bothered with NT yet because they're all terrible 😂

🫡 Still loading FM 14 and playing this challenge. Lost like 6 years building the facilities up, the production of talents is nowhere near what it is in this video AND 80% of the players with potential have also Italian nationality and don't want to commit to our national team. I have though loaded the SM league and control 2 teams there too. One to do well in Europe and improve the league's standing and one to develop homegrown players. After years I managed to reach the final of a big competition and lose. But we are not as good a team as this one.

About you slowly moving up the FIFA rankings: It's probably cause you play very few friendlies. Because they also count towards the ranking, other teams are scoring points and staying in front. try to schedule at every free slot, and you'll likely shoot up.

I'm more amazed with how you keep fantini in the club getting paid only 450 per week all the way to Serie A. In my save my whole team would try to burn me alive if a key player get paid that low. 😂

Ah, brings me back to my FM 2008 game, where I made San Marino a top team in Italy, playing CL finales regularly. The national team also qualified a couple of times for EC and WC. Bad thing was that I couldn't get the job as national manager. It only took me 20 seasons or so, without cheating :)

this is wonderful. ive been following you since your ud melila video, it really inspired me and changed how i played my careers in football manager. However i wanted to ask, how is it you're able to play such high intensity football with the highest possible defense line and line of engagement with such a low side (4th division in italy more so), its impossible when i try it with clubs of similar stature?
