Man...the most painful feeling is that people and seb himself thinks that he failed in ferrari...but for me personally and i believe many of seb fans we kept believing in a guy trying to earn that no 1 who kept going at it ruthlessly...again and again...kept the fight on...despite the bad luck...and even though he didnt get a world championship...seeing that german striped helmet in a red car racing for p1...thats what seb was all about...to be no1...and im happy with that

Vettel’s pace and tire management towards the end and the number of times he was momentarily leading and just always in the top 6 meant he was instrumental in making that 2022 car so much quicker from the start of the season. Then 2023 is also some of his contribution

I remember watching his debut for BMW ‘back in the day’ and how he managed to keep the hype up for F1 since Michael himself made the sport more popular here in Germany. So this vid made me really emotional and I‘m not gonna lie, I‘ve had these _What ifs_ in my mind as well watching Alonso taking podiums with the AM (which is so awesome and nostalgic). But I think it was the right time for Seb. His priorities are different now and I‘m glad he left the sport on his own terms. His role the last 2 years reminded me of Michael with Mercedes. The team really took off after he retired based of a lot of his work and I hope it‘ll be the same with AM. Awesome video dude ❤

I hope, like Juan Pablo Montoya, people realize how good his efforts were in making Aston Martin what it is now. I also hope he gets a one-off race or a test in the Red Bull RB19 this year or the AMR23 that he's given so much feedback in designing. Honestly last year in Austin he could've been 5th, in Baku he was comfortably ahead of Hamilton until his mistake and then he so effortlessly spun it back to rejoin without losing more than a handful of seconds.

It genuinely makes me sad that Seb wasn't included as one of the MyTeam legends for F1 23. HIS CHARACTER MODEL IS ALREADY IN THE GAME ENGINE! I gave Seb a race win in F1 22 in MyTeam before F1 23 came out. I outqualified him but led us to a 1-2 in Japan, and I let him take the lead in turn 1, defending an angry Lewis behind us and giving him a 6 second gap. I waited for him to pit before pitting myself, before a safety car bunched us up with me in front. I then did the switch again, allowing him to pass while blocking Lewis during the esses. We finished in a 1-2, and I was so happy after my previous 2 teammates didn't get so much as a Podium in the second best car. Love Seb.
