i think ley lines are the best thing to farm early, it saves you a lot of resin down the line, second thing would be talent domains because you have to be a little higher to farm those

To be fair, he knows he can hold skills as he did it with traveler so he could have assumed that you could do the same with Heizou. He might not know about declension stacks but knows holding the skill makes it stronger
