Second wave crash and proxy farm as much as you can. Basically you want to avoid laning against such champs as much as possible.

@@JrodG14every time I proxy farm the enemy jungles comes straight to me and I get killed by him and the top laner, what do I do when the jungler isn’t allowing me to proxy?

@@Huss898 In case proxy farm is not an option you need to farm as safe as possible and see your hp as a resource, trade for farm. If you can't farm at least try to get the exp and wait for a gank or the opportunity to proxy farm, track the jungler and if they show bot or something, take the opportunity.
