I rarely ever do casino sbcs in general but yea I never give up my promo cards to complete them. Those kind of sbcs should just be done if you have excess fodder but I don't like giving up cards I can never get again just for an insanely small chance at a good card. Hoarding cards is not inherently a bad thing if that's what you find fun in the game and I love card collecting. Also makes it funner when there's objectives or friendlies with obscure requirements that require rating caps or leagues you don't normally use and then having those fun special cards to use in them.
