Dearest Vicki, I’m sorry it has taken so long to answer you. I trust you have dried your eye lashes and your cheeks by now. Yes, I could feel sad but feeling sad makes me sad, and I know that I will be sorry that I cried, for God is so great, so Merciful, I don’t want to miss a thing! If I cry, I will be living in the dark and will miss the beauty of the light and of his tender mercies. I have always been so happy to recall that I have not allowed myself to indulge into tears. Always, I have found that there has been a bountiful day awaiting me. Thank you for reminding me of His unfaltering love AND FULFILLMENT! Much love to you!

Oh NO, Victoria! So very sad that no more showing of your beautiful home! I will never forget what you showed us so far and the beautiful memories in that house! Victoria love how you look at life, you and Richard are Amazing artists, there is no one like you! I agree about writing a book about your lives. If no photos available, it is just fine, because the way you tell your stories I can see as you beautifully describe everything. Love you both. Baruch HaShem!

I watched, realized that all those bits and pieces of your life are still there, but you said, "When Richard and I lived here..." Oh my goodness! I hope whoever minds that beautiful place now will always honor your creation and never take it away. Yes, they are "things" but still it tells your story, ya know? It's all just so wonderful. Thank you for sharing your memories.

This home was so beautiful, but even though these spaces bring back thoughts and memories, it isn't really the house that holds your memories. They are all beautifully held within you and Richard. Now, in Yankee, you can let those memories give you a platform to leap from and to see what imagination and creativity can grow from them. I love watching your excitement and your gentle admiration over all that is so beautiful around you. God Bless

Victoria, I have been watching all your videos from the beginning to now. I hope you never stop making your videos and sharing your beautiful outlook, faith and wisdom with us. Not that it's important, but my favorite videos are of Yankee. I'd love to see more videos showing what it takes to take care of her, even the gritty bits. I pray for you and Richard daily. May the Lord hold you close and keep you safe. Thank you for showing the way.

Oh, Miss Sunny! Thank you so much for your comment! I know what you mean about Yankee. My trouble has been that the work aboard Yankee is so often, “All hands on deck”. It is very hard for me to be free to stop and video. I need a Photogrspher. Patreon (do you know of it?) -it is very small right now, but recently growing. So I have now got the hope that as more folks join up, we could hire a Photogrspher who lives on board and keeps track of videoing… that is my dream. Then so much of the work can be recorded snd shared. Check out Patreon, and perhaps it is a place for you to help make Yankeeferry projects more possible, eh? Again, thank you so very much, dear Miss Sunny. Ahoy, Victoria

Dear Speckle, Thank you for your kind thoughts toward us. I have only one correction to clarify. I know you mean well. And I know you also know what I am about to say. It’s just that it is how we feel and express, fully, never wavering. I feel that our hearts are only, always in the now. Life is not in a material place nor time, for to believe that, l think, well, I think it would be building upon the sand. We build upon the rock! Let everything be taken from is and it cannot take home, for our foundation is always only with our King, God, our Father-Mother, Divine Life, Truth, Love,Soul, Principle, Mind There is nowhere but right here to live and move and breath in the kingdom of Heaven. “Heaven is our home for and our home is Heaven”. If we love where we are and the things which surround us, we must learn by fire or by faith that what we love is the spiritual qualities which are our true substance for now and for ever. With that “structure of Truth and Love” as our home, no one nor any thing can take that from us. We move above the tides of mortal sense, not buried in it! The confidence in that over riding Principle, Dear Miss Speckle, well, it is why we are here today. One time, early on, someone told me that what was done to us, most would have committed suicide to escape, but no, we are ever more strong and grateful for all the prayer, practice, and demonstrations of Gods love for His children. We can forgive because there is nothing that we can forgive. Nothing can touch is where we are strong and clear. Miss Speckle, we know YOU now, probably only because of losing the earth weights which would have made us unreachable. There is something about overcoming, which actually liberates all mankind. If there is no lie to untie, no one would think us to have overcome the struggles which everyone else must endure. Because we have been robbed of everything of material place and security, now, you and I are having this conversation and we are both acknowledging for ever and for everyone that we have never left our home in Heaven and so we can have no sorrow … only joy to watch an illusion disappear. Many years ago I found myself saying, “matter doesn’t matter”. Now I know I was speaking and living in the Truth all along. Everlovingly, Victoria

No space unclaimed, the attic finds made into another magical area! Memories alive with stories, once again bought alive! You inspired me to create a portable memory folding screen! Because it is canvas it should lend itself to this project! Thinking about scrolls with the stories! Almost a history of 1950’s Florida and on! Simone! Thank you for your beautiful words and insight which brought them into voice. You know, Simone, it is true that she is a state of thought not a state of real being. We don’t have to buy into it, as the mortal dream suggests. Thst is only a suggestion, but we are free, forever free to be ourselves and not a product of a belief in birth and death. We are eternal expressions of our forever light from God. I think that is what you are perceiving. That is the truth for us each. We gain wisdom whilst we unfold our fuller understanding of our true identity, forever free of the beliefs of limitation. It seems a hard battle sometimes, until we see it as a lie and then it cannot cling to our infinite expression of freedom from mortal birth and mortal life and mortal death. Silly, really, when one stops to consider the waste of that, eh? We are forever useful and forever growing in grace and understanding spiritual substance, eh? Ahoy, Victoria

A beautiful attic! I have been wanting to do that walk-through armoire thing for years - it was fun to see! I love that cupola! Gorgeous. I really enjoyed the “life thingies” mosaic upon the wall. Families move too frequently today to do that perhaps, but, they might try life mosaics upon a huge removable boarding so they can continue it as they move homes 🏡 in their life journey. I like that aunt who wrote to you on the scroll! I have decided ne the same to my nieces & nephews. I still have a lot of cash-register/printer tapes! Lol Would you like a scroll letter? 😆 And, the swing! That would be so fun! My kids always wanted us to put one up in the living room with a slide beside the stairs! 😄😄 Enjoy the fun memories ~ they are all yours & you can take them wherever you wish & look through them whenever you want. 💕 Cheers!

LOL, the swing thing feels fantastic. It's so clever to use the packing material into your renovation as well. The door with a triangle, that's genius. The floor board that produces bird chirps, hahahaah, looks like you have a comfortable sofa in the shower. The pocket door is such a space saver. The birch cover makes the dresser look like it's alive and breathing. The ceiling is the most impressive one. You are probably the OG shabby chic/Junk Journal Queen. Oh the swimming story is so lovely. You still look exactly like when you're a little swimmer. The tooth doll, lol I'd want one for my kids.

That bench in the shower is magnificent, the birch made for a great added design to that dresser, still in great shape, & designing it totally differently, makes for a very odd piece of furniture. wow, your life is glued to the wall, I love it. How very beautiful you were as a young f=girl still beautiful, your so very slim, your waste, is so small, like the actresses of years ago all if they had such small waste, well you had some great life as a child & as an adult. you amaze me each time I turned into your u-tube channel. Oh my Victoria, what can I say. You made my night tonight, I been feeling a little down. But seeing you and this beautiful home makes me believe the world can be a beautiful place. That attic is like no other, with it's own secret Narnia armoire! So amazing, inside there was another magical place with more rooms and a lovely shower stall too!. Those big plank wooden floor boards, are lovely. And with age, it now chirps like a little birdy! 🐦That was so funny, I really thought maybe a bird made a nest under there! 🤣 Richard did such a wonderful job on that old dresser with all the birch pieces and tree branches. So much to see, so much to admire! And that "Wall" of your life on there was amazing! You are so adorable in that photo when you were a young girl. Victoria you must write a book on your life, with many beautiful photos of your work in that house over the years. If you ever do write a book, I will surely buy a copy. Would love if you signed it too, which would make it even more special! I have a question to asked, if you can answer it or not. But isn't there a Farmhouse in Aurora, N.Y. all decorated by you and Richard from years ago? Can you make a video of the Farmhouse and tell us the stories behind all those rooms too? That would also be an interesting videos for us Channel Mammals.... I will end with this, there is no one like you and Richard. They all can try and simulate you both. But there's only one 'original MKC' which is Victoria and Richard! You are a good and kind and a sweet person. You both deserve all good things your way. 🏆

Oh, Karen! I have been thinking of you. Everything is going too fast and once I leave you, though I still want to be with you, I can’t find you in the shuffle. I think I do have the email. Let me go look now for your name. Just a minute. I shall be right back, K?

No, I just looked in my email. Perhaps you sent it to the Shopify shop? My email is: victoria@yankeeferry.nyc Karen, please try again, with this email, eh? There are two Christian Science hymnals. We have lots of the first one from an old church, but few of the new one. It starts at page 400 and something and goes to, I think, page 603. You can order it on line. Both hymnals are so wonderful! Well, let’s see if you can try my personal email and don’t be bashful to remind me to look, because I rarely look at email. But I want to, for your sake. Karen, are you one of our patrons on Patreon? I don’t keep all the names in my recollection. But if you are, you will soon receive a little gift from us. I think you would like to be a Patron for this Channel. You might like it very much. We have a few videos left of our old house but just last night received word that the owners do not want us to finish the story, so, I understand. And I am so grateful for what we have been able to explore with you all. It’s just that another family owns our old house. It is THEIR HOUSE. And they, as I have said so often, been so supportive all along the with fortifying the old house and it’s history, whilst bringing major improvements, not only functionally, but in highlight of further qualities of home in higher deeper ways, and have made it a haven and a blessing to many. That is their right and their right sense of it is all right there. We are so glad that they let us explore it again. There are many stories left in video, but we must sum it up now. You know, when we left up state, we were still, a little broken, in a human way. We should have thought to share her stories whilst still in the house, but technology has advanced that format of sharing, as has distance. The distance helps too, somehow. And another thing, where all of you are so important, it wasn’t until now that we almost knew our friends from afar in such an intimate and trusting way. We were more connected to the work then, and there was a formal disconnection, by necessity, with the public. It didn’t occur to us to share our spurts of growth until we could see where they were leading us in our growing UP. And, I know that if the stories are healing and helpful, God will give the inspiration to us all from so many other ways. We must not glory in nostalgia, … to stories of the past. These lessons come to us from so many new ways every day. So we say goodbye to those stories and hello to the riches round us presently. Ahoy, Victoria

So many creative and unique features in this wonderful home! I’m wondering how long you and Richard lived here to complete so much handiwork? Lovely, whimsical home!
