I'm lucky enough to go to Universal Orlando for my job every single week -- usually multiple times. Because of this, I have my all-time favorites -- and least favorites in the theme parks. I spent a week visiting the parks in February and I became Obsessed with the ET ride! I think it did it 7 or 8 times in a row one day because it was a walk on. FEVER DREAM is a perfect way to describe it! It made me question why people spend so much time waiting on Peter Pan at DW when this has a similar vibe/presentation of flying over the scenes… Now, whenever I land at the Airport back in NYC I have to sing Welcome Home, You’ve Arrived to myself…….

Horror Make Up Show is simply the BEST!!! Watched it twice on our last visit a few weeks back, in which one guy that was chosen in the audience acted like he passed out when they put the knife in his arm...it was hilarious and the host was EXTREMELY concerned lol...... plus, I've never looked at the Jaws stuff in that area as much as I had before since Molly brings it up all the time lol

Have fun! Just did 24 hours alone in Disneyland for the first time (daughter took off with her bf after spending a couple days with me) and I was a tiny bit nervous at first, but I had a true blast. Nothing like doing exactly what you feel like every moment, it was awesome.

Molly, I love how much you love Jaws and Jurassic (dinosaurs). I always get made fun of by family and friends because I’m like an 8yr old boy. I love and am obsessed with sharks and dinosaurs. Jaws and Jurassic Park are some of my fav movies and I’ve even read the Jaws books lol I’m a nerd 🤓 Wish they still had the Jaws ride! Also I’m obsessed with Harry Potter as well 😂

Planning to make a trip in 2025 when the third gate opens. We used to have season passes when my hubs (then just my boyfriend) was still in school down there. That was before Wizarding World of HP was built! Have been back only to City walk since, but I am seriously looking forward to introducing my kiddos to that land in 2025!

We're going down to Orlando this October for HHN! SO excited! I totally agree about the simpsons ride. I don't get motion sick at all but that ride still makes me feel weird/bad so if anyone is seeing this and is like "i dont get motion sick so i'll be fine" you still might not be fine

The last time I rode E.T. I was front row and seat one all the way to the left. To me that was the best seat because I could see everything perfectly! All previous times I’ve always ended up on the right side of the cart and felt like i couldn’t see as much. It’s my favorite ride in the park ❤

@Mammoth Club - Molly, we were in Universal Orlando/IOA 2 weeks ago. Your videos helped so much!!! (We are a Disney fam and this trip we only did Universal for the week). Loved every minute!!! For food…Big Fire (THANK YOU!!!) and Mythos were our favorites!!! My hubby says Thanks for your suggestion of that smoked old fashioned 😉 Oh and that bourbon cheese fondue…we went back to the bar later in the week to get just that (and the kids had to get the apple pie for dessert 😉).

@@Mammoth_Club we also took your advice and stayed at a Premier that week. HUGE!!! Unlimited Express was going for $350 per person/per day when we were there. I think our room rate was maybe $100-$150 more a night than the level below premier. Seriously…we loved the spontaneity that the unlimited express pass gave us. You are a wealth of knowledge!!!! Absolutely love your vlogs!!! Again, Thank YOU for making our trip so memorable with all of your tips!!!

Just returned from our vacation to Universal Parks. My partner & I agreed that the worst ride at Studios (by far) is Men In Black...dumb, feels old, terrible graphics. The Mummy is still incredibly fun! And while we love roller coasters, Rip Ride Rockit actually felt like body torture... it could be fun if they would make it smoother.

I got a mild concussion the last time I rode the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket. I love it, but I'm only 4'10", so the headrests are above my head. Love the ride, but can't ride it due to that. Today Cafe has been a must on every trip thanks to MamFam tips! Keep the great content coming Molly! You're doing great!

I didn’t realize all these lands exist besides Diagon Alley. All of Universal minus the Harry Potter portion just blends together as one land lol. But I loved all of Molly’s picks in this one, and this series is just so delightful.

I wish they would update E.T. although I doubt it will ever happen. I remember riding it in 1999 at Universal Studios, Osaka Japan. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I rode it again this year in Orlando and was completely let down by how dated it felt.

I actually rarely if ever get motion sickness on rides but the Simpson’s ride made me feel SO sick. We rode it as a filler as I’m not a huge fan of the show but never again!! Listen to Molly’s warning!!

I was there and DW last week. Got the Ronto, carrot cakex2 and jalapeno pretzel. LOL went for food. I love the Kong Ride, ET, Gringotts, MIB, Hagrid. We had Express Pass from the hotel. Worth it. My teen agreed that Velicoaster is the best. My 8yo loved the Dr Seuss land. We ate at Cowfish. Delish.

A few suggestions.... The sky garden(book tickets for free online), madame tussauds, London dungeons, tower of London and try British fish and chips and try a roast dinner on a Sunday. Enjoy

Oooohhhhh...I have to disagree about the food in Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Every time I've eaten there (Broomsticks and Cauldron restaurants) the food has been practically inedible. TV dinner quality at best. Gross, gross, gross.

Just got back from our Orlando trip! I agree we really liked the Today Cafe! Loved Escape from Gringotts and liked the mummy. We saw both the horror makeup and Bourne stunt show which I enjoyed more as it was so amazing!

When we first walked into Diagon Alley on opening day, it was magical! It never gets old. I liked that Food Court in Simpsons but never used. Pink large donut....blah!

The Horror Makeup Show may be my favourite attraction in the whole of that park - it's always so much fun. As a non-American I didn't understand most of the in-jokes on the Jimmy Fallon ride, so spent most of the ride bored and confused.

Just spent 3 days there for Mardi Gras and had a great time staying at Cabana Bay my new favorite hotel. Loved the lazy river, would go to the parks then go back to my hotel for about 3 hours and return to watch the Mardi Gras parade at 7:30. They had cute characters in the lobby several times. They also do movies in the evenings. First time I saw Bourne Stuntacular and really enjoyed it.

I used to work at Disney and had an annual pass for Universal, I like to consider myself a ride enthusiast and I don’t normally get motion sick from them (although I’m starting to get a bit nauseous more often as I get older 🥲). The only ride that I’ve ever been on where I thought I was legitimately going to throw up while riding was the Simpsons ride….. like we’re talking I moved my bag and was looking for what would be the best spot to not get as much on me or others 😬 it was baaaaaaaaaddd

Funny story! We went to Universal this past March, and I thought The Mummy was like Pirates of the Caribbean, which is what I told our 8 year old and 10 year old daughters. I had to earn their trust back with Popcorn, Pretzels and Icees 🤣 I felt so awful. Tip...it's not like the Pirates of the Caribbean at all...lol. My husband and I both loved this ride, though!
