There is an option for the neck test, so you don't have to touch your clothes with your face. When you have a bottom piece, u have to see if from your elbow to your fist it fits, it is supposed to have the same size as your waist. (sorry if it's kinda confusing, I was trying to traslete as my mom explained to me)

I love the black skirt. With wool remember heat plus agitation equals felting. You can gently hand wash in warm if you have a stubborn stain. Lots of cute things.

I actually wash practically everything that says dry clean only. Wash in the cold water cycle then hang to dry TaaaDaaa!! You got some amazing clothing items! Happy shopping!! gg in Tennessee

I do that too but for some reason I have issues with skirts and the lining! The wash cycle may just be too long I'll have to test it out

Sandra Glover I usually dry clean till I get tired of spending the money, then try washing on gentle. With wool, always cold water.

I want to go to a goodwill outlet SO BAD, they look AMAZING!! love the denim shorts!! sadly we don't have anything anywhere near as good in the UK, our charity shops are so small!!

The outlets really are amazing, but you have to sift through SO much cheap stuff to find something good. The charity shops I remember from when I visited the UK in high school were small but had some really unique finds!

Ahaha about washing the dryclean only skirt. I just thrifted some lovely vintage silk blend trousers and put them through the wash, and now what to do with that pesky lining sticking out...

these linings can be so tricky!! I have been able to hem the lining myself and it so far that has worked for me. hopefully you can get those trousers figured out

No there are a whole bunch! There are a few in southern California and a few in some other states as well. If you google Goodwill Outlet you should be able to search for some near you!

It's something I learned about on KZbin - you hold up the buttoned waist of pants/shorts/skirts and wrap it around your neck. If they just touch in the back they should fit your waist. Obviously this is not very inclusive and it only works for people who are thinner but it has worked for me!

I honestly thought so too at first (I left them in the bins for a while) but I deep cleaned them in the washing machine as soon as I brought them home. I just use them as decoration, I don’t sleep on them, and bought my own inserts so I feel fine with it!
