If you're having a go with him again he gets extremely jank at 100+ Ability Haste (Korean Pros play him this way) Essentially, if you reduce the cooldown of Shock Blast [Q] (which is 8 seconds) to lower than the duration of Acceleration Gate [E] (which is 4s) then you can shoot off 2 Q's during the duration of 1 E. This also means that by the time you're third Q is ready to shoot off cooldown...your Acceleration Gate is back up! What you can actually do to help bring this online at 100 AH is shoot the slow Q before placing the acceleration gate down later, when you place the gate place it further down the path of the Q. This means that the Cooldown for Q starts before the duration of E ever so slightly, you then walk closer to the acceleration gate before the second Q and it will more easily stay up instead of requiring split second timing. Extremely annoying for enemies to be eating Empowered Shock Blasts every 4 seconds.

Spear of Shojin and the runes are key, which gets you 60 Ability Haste. Ionians puts you up to 75. If you want to get the 100 in two major items then Essence Reaver will let you get there on item 2.

Yo pekin, just a tip on the combo, you can QE and then W before going melee as youll get the 3 auto attack speed in melee, doesnt waste any time and you get to utilize all your kit like that
