yeah there's something messed up with not only the armor hit boxes but the hit detection in general is ass, this wipe i've died more times to desync than the last two wipes combined

I had a few instances of scavs eating four or five 7.62x54R rounds to the chest and stomach without armor while doing the early Jaeger quests. I thought I was missing but I checked the clips and I hit them all. Weird stuff.

@@thatdudeca yeah even got a flinch or aim punch on every shot that hit him. It’s not the first time I’ve seen a “reaction” but nothing actually happened. It’s gotten me killed by ai scavs now that I think about it. Think they’re dead and no they aren’t. You turn, realize they’re alive, swipe back and you’re one tapped

Put 30-35 rounds of 9mm pst in an un-armoured scav about 2hrs ago, he reacted to every hit and blood was everywhere but I still had to pull out my rifle to finish him off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Yeah there's 100% something wrong with bullet damage on people without armor. I've unloaded mags into scavs with no armor and it takes like half the mag. I was on woods with a mosin and got 21 hits on scavs and only 3 kills.

I just did this a few days ago too. Went to woods thinking I could get like 2-3 in a raid for this quest and then hop right back in and go for the rest...but they just kept coming. Got 6, all headshots, within like 15 minutes

I hit a naked dude 4 times in the chest with 7.62x54R FMJ on Factory while trying to do Shooter Part 3. Dude didn't die. After battle said I hit 4/4 shits, but only registered 212 dmg.....

Damage feels super busted right now, I've had a few fights where I've tapped 4-5 rounds into someones head and had them impact behind them or not register at all. Same with armor, I've been tapped by single rounds that can't pen the plates I have in but die instantly.

Mag dumped a guy on factory with 5.45 PS and he didn’t die. When I reloaded he shot me in the face with a pistol… I only shot this guy in the raid and had like 400 and something damage to body. Yeah I don’t know about that

I’ve noticed it pretty heavy in arena as well. Idk if arena has the new armor system but holy hell the amount of headshots I hit with blood and head flinches and nothing happens is insane. Also the desync is 10x more noticeable in arena. It’s like bullets just do not register at all sometimes no matter what ammo you use.
