You need a power washer for the concrete. Dampness causes mildew. In the US, we usually have to clean the outside of the houses with a power washer each spring to remove that stuff.

Hi Swaggy, ur children r growing up nicely, i'm in total agreement with u having ur children fluent in Russia. I would suggest investing in a small power wash. I have a friend living in St.Ann, close by u & that's what they do. St.Ann is very moist & with all that rain u get those mold, so u will have to power wash a few times per year. Keep up z good work

The best exterior paint is sandtex hands down add the vc175 to it it will last for years approx 15yrs mine lasted 20 years until the colour was changed

If it is mould be very careful with it. Vinegar and baking soda are the best things for treating mold (not bleach) and if you’re going to clean it yourself make sure you’re wearing a mask while you do it. While not all mould is dangerous. It’s best to keep the children away from that.

Mila is a little investigator 🤣 Boys always love and care for their mother ❤ Clean the areas outside with bleach and paint them. The mold/mildew will take longer to come back. For inside use white vinegar as this will kill the mold spores and keep it away. It can make you/your family sick. All the best.

Hi Swaggy. Happy Sunday. Try these from Google for the mold/mildew. Mix a solution of one tablespoon dishwashing liquid, 1/2 cup chlorine bleach, and one cup of warm water in a spray bottle(wear gloves). or Vinegar: Spray white vinegar directly onto the mold or mix equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Vinegar is a natural mold killer that usually doesn't need to be diluted. or Baking soda: Mix baking soda and water to form a paste, apply it to the mold, and let it sit for several hours or overnight. Baking soda is a natural fungicide that kills mold spores...or see if you can find a Mold/Mildew remover Scrub with brush...Good luck

Pressure washing would be the best course of action. Do so on a frequent basis to prevent build up. The green build up is due to dirt and other particles in the concrete. The moss can be removed with a simple solution of water and bleach and a light scrub.

I would jet spray the lot.. then paint the wall with any external paint. This will seal it and protect and stop any more mould.. you can clean and seal the floor Paving slabs or tiles with a clear resins non slip paint. Tip onto ground then roll it.

Get someone who can power wash the walkway the walls and under the vehicle. You may get the power wash hose and do it yourself. Throw a solution that's safe for grass and plants, pre treat the area, then power wash all surface that's affected

That green stuff on the fence concrete could be mould from moisture( when there’s not enough sunlight getting to that area). You can paint the concrete with a kind of barrier or anti fungal paint. Some Special spray might help with other areas that’s not concrete

Hi Swaggy, the raw concrete will get like that over years of exposure to the elements. It's likely mold or algae. You can get professional to come out and pressure wash the wall and add a concrete sealant to prevent future moisture absorption. Painting the wall after adding the sealant will help as well. Trimming vegetation to ensure plants near the wall don’t block sunlight or trap moisture (so you may need to pay attention to the grape vines).

Time flies. The boys have grown nicely and now have a cute sister. The mold from area have to spray with mold remover or tons of vinegar then scrub after. Then paint with water proof paint - sold in US Home Depot if not in JA. The mould inside house going to cost money. It’s not dangerous it is mass,it not like mold! it’s just mass from the island being hot and cold. All you gotta do is power wash, power wash and maybe paint over it after power wash it use primer and stuff like that that’s what you gotta do but it’s gonna come back it’s because of the tropical nature of the country. It’s not mold and it’s not mildew. It’s moss.

Pertaining your concrete fence,all needs to do, have it pressure cleaned. That’s what we do in Florida with our driveways and concrete columns. You can always buy one and if possible rent one.

Swaggy use bleach, with soap water or use baking soda and white vinegar to power wash the wall. Bleach is very good for that, it looks like mildew or mold.

You can get a product which must be put on dry it called eyes 4-1 get a spry dispenser it will work leave it gor four days it will do but you must paint with an anti fungicidal paint you can a v50 mould killer five drop in the paint job done

Looks like algae on the walls and you need to powerwash it. Then get a paint that will resist its growth and use that to paint the wall.
