As a German viewer I am always fascinated by the level of self-optimizing you practice in Canada/ USA. Fitness, nutrition, skin, hair, nails… everything. We are much more chilled about our bodies here in Europe I would say. I am not saying this is bad, it is just what I am observing. Now I just saw the video description BBL and read a few comments recommending it before I watched the video. And I was so shocked because I thought you were talking about a Brazilian but lift as if it was a normal treatment.😂 Glad I got this wrong. Allana, in my opinion you are stunning and you don‘t need any treatments to be the most beatiful bride KZbin has seen.😉

@@sigma8067 The extent of body optimization is, in my opinion, not as significant, at least in Germany. Things like veneers or procedures like the Brazilian butt lift (BBL) are still (fortunately) exotic here. This is also evident by the fact that you don't easily find doctors who perform such procedures in this country.

I think it's more about working in the fashion/beauty industry. I worked in fashion for about a decade (in the middle east) and it completely warps your view of how you should look in public and in pictures. The convo about sleep in the beginning…haha. Love it. I have terrible sleep due to chronic illness. My major factor is sleep. It’s the hardest for me to get, and the lack of is what triggers my symptoms the worst. It’s a vicious cycle. I’ve had maybe a weeks worth of resentful sleeps in the last 4 years. Ahhhhh how I miss the days of feeling rested. It’s brutal. We feel your pain 😂

I signed up for four microneedling sessions (one a month) and the first time I was pretty red for a couple of days but it wasn’t too bad. I say you can definitely get one down a couple of weeks or even a week before your wedding. Just make sure you go to a good place. Also, it shouldn’t hurt! They put numbing cream on you and they aren’t supposed to press too hard (you should never be bleeding post treatment). It’s really been amazing for skin texture and pores in my experience. 100% recommend even though it’s pretty pricy.

I do micro needling and I don't recommend you have it this close to your wedding even though the down time is not a lot at all. You'll be happy enough with the BBL results. 😍

Hey! I have done microneedling 6 times and I never have downtime aside from the day of. My skin was horribly scarred from acne and the next day my skin glows. Just use the AlumierMD repair cream and it honestly makes it have no downtime!

Dr P is awesome! The whole staff is. I have had many many BBL’s, and a few Halos at the same time. Really remarkable results! They usually run a promo in the fall and you can save quite a bit of money that way. I don’t find the BBL’s painful at all, the halo sure can be, but if you have the numbing cream on for about an hour, it makes a huge difference. I always get some from the clinic ahead of time, and then wear the numbing cream on my drive in. Micro needling was a breeze to recover from. Amazing results too! Happy birthday to you! I average 3 to 4 hours of sleep every night for the 15 years or so… It sucks and I can attest that it’s very hard on your body. I’ve been tracking my sleep lately and it’s even worse than I realized. On top of that I’m getting almost no deep sleep so I’m trying to figure out how to make that happen 🤦‍♀️ Also, I must say it’s really motivating to see how determined you are and how great you’re looking! Just remember if you’re having a bad day or do you need that extra rest don’t be afraid to take it! ❤

I have had morpheus 8 treatments , 3 over 5 months. It is fantastic and has radically improved my texture, redness and elasticity...however I have sensitive skin , prone to redness and reaction and there definitely was down time . 24 hrs afterwards red, swollen and sore and then tiny raised bumps for the needles for around 5 days each time . Ok to be out and about after 24 hours but no makeup and i worked from home until everything settled. It is 100 percent worth it but time it right . Happy Birthday x

I loved microneedling and I strongly suggest waiting until after the wedding. It is strong and also with the sun exposure, I was recommended to get it done in the colder months where it isn’t as sunny and spending as much time outside.

I've done a lot of things...bit of filler, Botox, Sculptra, IPL...but BY FAR the worst pain was the BBL!! I was squeezing the shit out of the little stress balls they gave me and still had tears running down my face from the pain. All the while I was giggling my ass off 'cause of how ludicrous the situation was (that I was paying big $$ to be hurt like this lol). So basically I was hysterical throughout the procedure. That said, I had awesome results and will go back again in a couple of months. 😂 😂

Just do microneedling with PRF, only 2 days of light peeling and redness. It’s super mellow but amazing and you won’t have to worry about reaction with PRF - because it’s from your own body.

Off the top: belt squat machine was deeply unnecessary and I hope we will be selling it 😂 I also don’t understand why we needed the separate pull-up bar haha I would have just had it put in our squat rack from the start! Faves/ most used: treadmill, squat rack, cable machine, and the landmine attachment has been a nice touch for switching up the workouts! Then dumbbells + a few kettlebells + a box for jumping/step ups are 🔥🔥🔥
