With a valid job offer, which is required for a work permit, should include your salary. This may be considered a proof of your financials. However, to be on the safe side, its good to show at least 3000 CAD on your bank statement, as the initial settlement funds. We are talking about applications made outside of Canada.

Hi Uchendu, thank you for watching. Femi came through the LMIA route. Once your LMIA application is approved by the govt to the employer, a copy of this letter is then sent to the foreign worker. Then, the foreign worker can apply for a work permit!
