@GMANKOOL23 Save the best for last! The last girl (Crystal) was the cutie from Car Hoppers and I Got A Man. She's gorgeous. I seriously just recently find out...realized that he did do all the parts on the record...just potted up the dial to make him sound higher...All these years I thought it was a girl singing and I used to think that Crystal was singing in the video because his "voice" fit all three of em in the video...Her, the light-eyed girl AND Thelma from Good Times. Love him & this song

I was 19 yikes. I always like this song a friend of mine who lived down the block on the border of Mount Vernon in the Bronx. His sister was in the video. She was the third girl wearing a black dress and a short hair. It was such a big deal when she got in the video. what even crazy is I have not seen them in 30 years. Wow. In 1993 if you go back 30 years, it’s 1963 but if we go back 30 years now it’s 1994 thinking of it. That way 30 years is a long time.

This was fun and all but I really felt it was the second girl who really had the best performance and chemistry on this. The first girl, I felt her voice and acting were weak. Third girl, really cute but also not a great acting performance. Honestly, it was the second girl that stole the show.
