Awwe I’m sorry you’re allergic to antibiotics. Sadly that is what you have to take. In my case they are required, but maybe you could work something out with your surgeon?

Didn’t use any cartilage because you only need rib cartilage when your nose is to small. Mine was big with plenty of bone to work with. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK🩷
