Yeah I’ve seen a few parasites but it was a week or two ago. They were spawning from the vermin. I thought just a bug

I just played a round where a vermin was spitting parasite projectiles at me. It wasn't flying around.

This happens when you are standing on an object the game thinks the zombie can’t access. Just like how the zombies throw the rocks at you when your out of bounds 😂

Vermins tend to do it too sometimes, but not so often You can tell if it was a vermin or not by the angle of the projectile, as vermin spitting at you goes up and down over the zombies

I had some on my game and it happened when i jumped onto a car and i wondered why? 🤔 and i didn't knew this is the reason why it happened 😂

That's cool! I've found parasites only twice in Liberty Falls, one during the boss fight inside the church and another one in a 30-something round. I thought it was a glitch but maybe I converted them without noticing it, in both cases I had elemental pop perk, that's for sure, so maybe the cryofreeze ammo mod activated.
