My heart aches whenever businesses treat their customers poorly. I too got the bad batch and no response to my emails. They did send an email months later to all customers explaining their challenges, moving to a new facility, etc. Then I bought a gift cert and also got a good batch of product...only now to see their website gone, no explanation to customers and an unuseable gift cert. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Btw, Rae, is it too late to join your membership community? If it isn't how do I join? 😃
