She really does! As soon as I walked into the room, she commented on how she was worried because my nails and bag were in pale pinks which are summer colours and she was pretty confident that I was a winter. She's clearly been doing this long enough to know on sight what my best colours were :)

​@@rhuthshanas that would be a mistake. You can still wear yellows and oranges which are blue toned. Not everything needs to be dark. Similarly blue toned white etc. There isn't any colour that you can't wear, other than pale grey. You just have to find the right tone of the colour. Definitely a winter and therefore blue toned summer colors will also suit you. The way to wear it is have most of your outfit in winter tones and add the blue toned summers for a pop of colour or as contrast.

I think summer is better for you in light to medium colors! Then deep winter for dark colors! Also depends on which type of dress! If uou are going full covered then go for the deep winter shades

Thank you for confirming my doubt for me as we have the same medium skin and undertones, i knew i was a deep winter. But due to me having and olive skin as well, i have more golden yellow in my skin hence i can wear some bright colors, that being deep neons with no hint of lightness in them. I am very happy because i love neon colours, pastels are my enemy. And then i further found out that i can wear warm and cool colours as long as there is clarity in the colours from other youtubers.

Your analysis was great! I'm mixed and can look drastically different depending on season or wear I live. But I'm a Cold Clear Winter it includes the bright season that was too bright for you but also the other winters too (bc I'm like a ghost in winter literally lolol) so I love how she checked TW and DW it seems they call their True Winter/Sultry Winter as Dark Winter, and ofc Deep Winter is the same for you as it is for me here in America. I know that gold wasn't the best ever, but it wasn't bad at all so if you ever want to mix some metals you can do that. I do that a lot with DW and BW metals since I don't look bad in it either, just throwing that out there that has helped me. How much did it cost for you to do that and travel there tooo if you don't mind sharing? Also the name of the place? :)

The camera affects how colours appear so it actually looked quite different in real life :)

@@guriya8459 It is not that colours that look good on us in real life will look bad on us in pictures, it just looks slightly different like sometimes the camera might make your face look lighter or darker based on the colour of your shirt. And colours are different based on which camera you use like your phone back camera vs selfie camera or using an iPhone vs Samsung. Colour analysis is all about the way you look best in real life which is how you will look majority of the time. I don't know if it will ever be possible to pick the right colour that you will look good wearing in pictures taken by all cameras :)

I think she's wrong about white making you look pale. White is a neutral for winter deep, (so is light grey). But your specific category: Winter deep calls for dark grey as an optimum shade, however all shades of gray are compatible for winter deep, as they're considered winter color. I also think it was obnoxious of the woman to wear a mask when doing this analysis because we're not actively in covid situation, and you need someone who'll approach you in a more respectable way. The color analysis also went too fast. I know everyone's raving about her, but I simply see other things. At 5:26 she checks her time even.

The session took about one hour! She did analyse the patterns as well to determine if large or small patterns would work best on me and she did give me a card with my best and worst colours to take home with me :)

It's understandable not to see a difference and it could be for two reasons. One is that we don't actually know what to look for which I also had when I watched some color analysis videos in the past. And secondly, it could just be the effect of the camera that adjusts the lighting when different colours were presented. The difference is actually very noticeable in real life :)

It’s the lighting of the place :) in the analysis session I was in front of a mirror with light behind me so it casts a shadow and it looks dark but in the video I took it sitting in front of a window so there was light on my face.

honestly she chose the opposites. Most colours that brightened your face were not her choice. Some colours were obviously hideous on anyone and any skin colour. It is a scam, but the experience is fun.

The color you see in the video isn't the most accurate because my iPhone adjusts the lighting and color of my face based on what color was placed under me so when I had light colours, my phone camera made my face colour brighter, but in real life when I was looking at it in the mirror during the session, darker colours brightened my face the best :)

No need of doing this, Its very simple that if someone has dark skin tone then they should always wear darker shades of any color than a light shade.

That's not necessarily true. Colour analysis actually shows us that everyone can have a unique palette that suits them best, regardless of their skin tone. It’s all about finding the right hues that complement your natural undertones and that can include both light and dark shades. An example would be Lupita Nyong'o who absolutely glows in lighter and brighter colours as compared to dark/deep ones.
