I think Bishop is saying everyday try to live a new life for Christ. Old things have passed away. No use of thinking about past. You can have good memories, nothing wrong in that. But, as a Christian move forward with new thought in Christ and live a new life for Him. Because Christ's grace is new everyday.

You wrote like a person who has no knowledge, you can't even be proper if you keep on holding on to the past, the past is not a problem, let's move on to the next one.

Question about Christmas day birth of Jesus Christ ??? Why Christians ✝️ celebrate Christmas day 25 December and 7 of January who is right about it Orthodox religion or Catholic religion 🤔
@spiritofelijah717614 сағат бұрын
Why do you care?
@drummajorbenjamin11 сағат бұрын
Neither is, and they know that. They only picked a date to celebrate the birth. Because of many details, such as shepherds sleeping outside, they know that the real date might have been in a warmer season, probably in the spring.

Reject Christmas festival at all cost...coz it's rooted in paganism and Jesus didn't instruct His followers to celebrate it. It was first celebrated in December 25, 336AD in Rome, meaning early Christians of 1st, and 2nd century didn't recognize it.

Roman calendar is 25 of Dec. Julian calendar is 7 Jan.

It doesn’t matter to whom you help,the important thing is are you recognised by Christ as his servant ? Because Christ build his own church not orthodox nor Catholic,Christ never mentioned this church.

There is no Christmas in the scripture that talk about it
