I would go with something like “Missy and Hissy” or “Snatch and Curl” (cause constrictors). Or you could give them opposing names like “Winter and Summer,” or “Sunny and Rain.” It’s October, so they could have a seasonal name like “Pumpkin and Pie,” or “Trick and Treat.” Now that I think about it Trick and Treat seems really fitting lol

I'm an old OB nurse. Braceletting the baby one goes on a wrist & the other on an ankle. But once we had a conjoined twin that joined & shared a torso. Two heads- so two personalities - four arms - so easy to bracelet a wrist each. One strange umbilical cord that split kinda last second to two entries where the twins joined. Then one pelvis and two legs. So we just put a bracelet on each ankle. But it took us a second to get there. Just not something we'd thought about in all the prep work we did for this particular delivery.
