Yo I was the last guy you killed. I knew the audio in Tarkov was bad this wipe but never knew just how bad until this video. I avoid Resort and Dorms for this reason. I rely on visual and audio cues with my playstyle and so to be shot in the head from 3 feet away with no audio whatsoever was definitely a frustrating experience and one that could have easily been done by a cheater. Watching this I am going to avoid Dorms and Resort entirely until it is fixed

With the recoil changes in place it's a lot easier to get head / eyes kills. My gun is always set to head height when moving. Unless your going leg meta. Audio is broken. GG to all

I've seen lots of clips where it looks like the guy is cheating because of Desync. There doesn't seem to be much if any at all of that here. These guys just got outplayed hard.

I think the 3rd guy's perspective would have been a little sus because I swung the corner and his boy even recognized it was a dsync push. Sadly that's what CQC in Tarkov boils down, I stopped holding angles a long time ago.

Tarkov pvp always comes down to who abuses the most bugs. Sound doesn't convey direction, and peak performance is a race to get peeker's advantage. My favorite lately is a trick I learned from AI scavs. Almost none of your buckshot pellets land in the middle of the spread, so you just aim at their armor and it'll distribute the pellets to their head and unprotected limbs. A single pellet headshots out to 120m. Anything without a face mask is just rat food.

Even without the audio bug, you straight up outplayed them. You were active the whole time, while the 4 of them were so passive during the whole fight. You can't really call cheat when you're playing sitting ducks.

Those guys are just somewhat inexperienced players and I don't mean that disrespectfully AT ALL. Escape from Tarkov takes literally years of play to gain all of the knowledge and experience one needs to be a true "chad". More importantly it takes that many hours to be able to call cheats and be correct unless the guy was flying across the room...

I mean I fully understand what gave them that perspective, you need to remember audio is weird right now. They hear what they hear but Abney could be hearing something else entirely. That combined with the known cheater issue, it is not an unreasonable assumption. Yea, they got outplayed. But honestly you can't convince me if you were in their shoes you wouldn't be at least suspicious too. Every kill was a headshot, and he was constantly prefiring, and often firing at them accurately mere moments after peeking a corner. The problem with these highly skilled players is that it absolutely can seem like they're cheating especially with tarkov being.. well.. tarkov.

Here I am still expecting to see him outside the stairwell. He pulled the similar moved on his last kill in there as well. Having to run around and get us from behind or side.

I uninstalled yesterday, so thanks for the reminder to unsub. Tarkov is dead. The audio system is utterly atrocious. Pvp strats are dependent on soft skill grinding (all that running in kit required, what, 60+ hours of raids for the str and endurance levels?) and worst of all, the desync delay is several times greater than the time to kill, which completely invalidates any semblance of fairness in PVP. The maps are poorly designed for PVP with the best strat always being to get there first and stand still in either a CQC ambush or sniping followed by peakboo skirmishes of prefiring angles trying to guess who is peeking where and when with faulty audio. It's just an awful and unpleasant experience. You make decent content, but this game is a failure and I'd rather not see any more reminders that it exists in my subscription feed.

I've been running nothing but meme kits and taking the game much less seriously since the big video came out. It's still a fun game regardless... Nothing scratches the itch like tarkov.

Like 3:25 or 3:54 , you only peek angles where a enemy is , regardless of the fact you dont hear anything exactly . Could be a radar on 2nd monitor or sthm. + lag switch . I reported you over the client as well . If you clean , I ll enjoy these videos in the future as well .
