46:40 Just remember Brian US sizing is different than most of the world, It's around 3 sizes larger than Australian or UK sizing. I'm typically a size 10, US clothes I buy a size 4-6. Men's shirts I usually go like an XS, American clothes is HUGE

I have ADHD and Dyslexia and i find it very hard to study for more that 10 min but i have found a way to help a bit for me that is , is to have a podcast or a video on in the back that doesn't require much attention to look at but to listen to. I have found it helps me a lot to focus on work hope that helps anyone
