I wish i could give u my 2nd account permanently but all the pokemon i have on this account are the one i wanted to learn but didn't had enough coins on my main account and i am still learning them. It says you've violated their tos, you might have done something that wasn't allowed. I'm not sure if you've ever read it, but there's a lot of stuff so you probably won't ever know what you did. Or you just got reported for no reason. Also it said text chat so most likely typing something you weren't supposed to. I'm guessing you swore because like many people say, it's a kid game but it's not as in a bad game but literally 50% made for kids.
