I want to see you play the GTA 5 RP servers (Fiver...). Hide stickybombs on your car. Start speeding and driving recklessly to get pulled over by the cops. Wait until the officer(s) get out of his (their) vehicles, then get out of yours and start walking away. When they start to follow you, walk toward you, chase you, etc. blow up your vehicle as they are right beside it. Then maybe steal theirs as a bonus.

Hey Xpert A good way to attack and troll people who are passive in a vehicle is to use the Vigilante. You can rocket boost throw npc cars into their car, or rocket boost ram npc cars into them and it will smash up their car and send them flying.I've trolled so many people this way. It's hilarious when they realize they ain't safe from me even in passive.
