In my opinion GTA RP players are worse than Gmod players when it comes to roleplay because it seems like gmod players know how to take a joke sometimes and to have more fun but for some reason gta rp players will all sorts of fail roleplay just so they can get there way and win. the second you actually try to roleplay with them they power trip and arrest you or shoot you in the head. none of them known how to actually have fun and how fun roleplay can be but they decide to try to win in any way possible so they can feel powerful.

I feel like roleplayers come from GTA Online and go onto a roleplay community and take that mentality with them, admins too. GTA Online is a very toxic place. It always has been, but as of 2024 its been getting worse and worse.

Even with the disclaimer, it is highly likely a consumer could sue the server if they refuse both the unban and refund. The purchase is not framed as an unban application, it is simply a payment to be unbanned in which they reserve the right to void. As such, because they are refusing to provide the advertised service, the consumer is legally entitled to a refund. Failure to provide a refund could easily be argued to be "Theft by Deception." Payment is made under the impression that a service will be provided; this creates a legal contract, one that must follow consumer law regardless of disclaimers. Contracts and clauses can be voided by a judge if they violate the consumer's rights. TL;DR This GTA RP server might be breaking the law.

think about it when server got those sutpid pay thing for 500e don't forget even if the majority of people don't pay you have a small percentage of people who buy so, some one may have bought the unban thing and get reject it and can't be refund. I don't get how you can pay for Rp server lol
