I got banned on a level 1 account that only joined the practice range. After making a ticket, they said, "Yeah, you were breaking section 6, but we can't tell you exactly how." Cheating is listed under section 6, but I never cheated, especially not against bots. When I checked the EA website, I didn't see any bans listed under my ban history.
