Remember that certain machines do certain muscles like the leg machine will prioritize legs then calves instead of doing the front squat forever to get legs high

Hey Russo, Stamina is the most important factor for sure. You're going to need at least 40-120 billion stamina in the next world and around 2 billion in the world you're currently in to max out the weights and gain strength the quickest, speaking from my own personal experience.

I recommend about 150 mil for the golden gym cause they take a lot of stamina but u have game passes so I think 80 mil is good for you

Russo lm l top 100 player, just grind stamina and use the machines that target one muscle the m9ost unless you are afk grinding overnight or u are in the later gyms

I have 11B do exercises with 70 percent ( that is a tip I got from someome else) and if you stay on the game for a while every 1k likes you get a random boost. It is so hard without gamepasses 😭

Grind stamina when you get to a new gym and also grind legs because they are super easy and don’t take much stamina use leg press I have 1.5 qd and that’s what I grinded
