Wear compression socks when ur working, walking or standing a lot. It will help. Also for u back, wear those back protector while working, most Spanish people wesr it when they work as housekeeping so they can save their back. We got long way to retirement do until then have to protect our body 😢

Palmo dear if you’re working in hotel I hear it’s very hard. You should look for Federal or State hospital job it’s good benefits and work till your retirement age, you’ll get very good retirement pay from work place and Social Security too. That’s just my opinion ok dear. All up to you dear. ❤❤❤
