I think a good mechanic that can be added to frank to actually make him viable is to give him something named "hyper armor". What that means is that frank will be immune to some sorts of knockback effects while he is attacking so like something like bibi's knockback attack can't cancel Frank's attack but stronger knockbacks or pushing abilities like gene's super can still work against him. Does anyone agree?
