Ditching someone but the worse thing is Keiichi is the CEO's son, which is a terrible thing to do so. Both Miyabi and Takuya better learn how to behave like professionals. Honestly, Keiichi's father should've either demote them to another branch or fire them after what they did by ditching Keiichi all alone by himself.

(As far as I’ve seen) And wow the fact they asked the guy (who was the son of the CEO) they DITCHED at the beginning to help clean up the mess THEY made is straight up pathetically tragic. They didn’t attempt to apologize let alone redeem themselves in any way. Takuya and Miyabi were indeed seasoned. Afterstory: Yui report to Keiichi's father who's a CEO, now people found out what they ditched to Keiichi. Rumours spread like a wildfire, both Takuya and Miyabi now have no choice went back to Japan and they made multiple mistakes. Keiichi on the other hand, he and Yui negotiated with the project and things went under control. Extra: In the end,both Takuya and Miyabi decided to resign after feeling uncomfortable. However, they can't get any jobs because people gossiping about how they ditched the CEO's son. They called their parents and friends but they disowned them, so they moved far away from the town. In the end,we can see Keiichi dating with Yui.

Takuya and Miyabi left Keiichi behind, only for that plan to backfire when it was revealed he was the CEO's son. They really got lucky they didn't get fired on the spot after that incident.😂 Now the two are learning their lesson for that and are now doing some serious training on how to behave at work.🤣 On a brighter note, it's great Keiichi managed to secure the overseas deal and fix the problem Takuya and Miyabi caused, and it's sweet that Keiichi and Yui became a couple at the end.🥰

Even if he wasn't the CEO's son they would have been fired for lying to an employee about the 'extended training' from the get go. Probably a wasted plane ticket, having to continue accommodations, etc. etc. And Keiichi was too nice in this one, it's fine to forgive but why would you then invite them back overseas? Anyway nice to see them realize Keiichi was actually good at his job even if they didn't learn anything from it.

People who cant accept their own mistakes and learn from it but expect everything to go their way till the end. Though when working with clients who have an already set vision and concept in their minds to still suggest something totally different after discussing the main focus is also like something a dumb person would do who does not understand their own job either. Working as a team on a project everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Thinking you are solo when on something like that is already a bad thing and tends to show you just want the credit.

If I were in the shoes of the CEO, after learning I have this kind of employee, I rather fire them in the company. I won't feel comfortable with just demoting or transferring them, knowing that they are still around my company and may make a mess somewhere in my organization at any moment staining the company's reputation.

This is why professionalism and mutual respect within the workplace should always be mandatory. If you allow people to get to relaxed while at work then you'll inevitably end up with morons like that. If the the CEO and management were as strict and observant as they should have been towards their employees and potential hires then this would have never even happened because no employer in their right mind would hire those two in the first place. Regardless of your qualifications and education if you lack any semblance of respect and a general sense of professionalism then you shouldn't be hired. Because sure you have the skills to do the job but a lack of personal discipline and a disrespectful disposition are a detriment to any company.
