Disclaimer: This videos was short and I thought you might like if its longer, since many of you like to watch my videos for sleep❤️ Edit: of course no professional relieves all the procedures that they will be doing 😅if they do then other salons steal their way and even just copy everything. there are more things that has to be done during the 3 months, like eating healthy,being active, healthy life style and some other secret procedures. so pls dont judge things that easily especially when it comes to medicine where it has been used for many centuries. it doesnt mean things are lie if you dont just have knowledge about or just never experinced on yourself. Be respectful! If you just judge my videos all the time, LEAVE MY CHANNEL! I DONT NEED YOUR NEGATIVE AND RUDE COMMENTS!

The acupressure is a great thing but just people may feel it’s a little weird how they show 3kg of fat… that could make anyone think they need to lose weight! But great video, calming, informative and love ear seeds 💕
@shoopkitten3 жыл бұрын
@@annabelle1065 but our bodies need a certain amount of fat. You literally need it to survive. Barring serious medical conditions, everyone has body fat and as long as its within an acceptable range, its perfecty healthy and necessary. People need to stop assuming any body fat means someone is unhealthy or overweight.

Not gonna lie, I was initially concerned, but then she said that you only needed more muscle and I was quite pleasantly surprised! Here's a dietician who knows what they're doing! And I love learning more about accupressure from your videos as well. ❤ (I had lap band surgery in 2019 and was fortunate enough to find a dietician who knew what they were talking about as well. This actually seems like an effective program. Between the physical effects of the acupressure and the psychological encouragement from it, it’s a great way to start. Pile that into a program that actually teaches healthy eating, exercise and promotes healthy muscle to body fat ratios?! This is great and most individuals will have formed new healthier habits within 3 months so it’s a program that won’t always end with gaining it all back immediately. So cool!

I mean people look out for each other. You don't just turn a blind eye if someone is in a physically abusive relationship or if they are abusing a substance that is deteriorating their health for example. Various scenarios of course. I mean in some cases you might not need to say anything as a person works things out themselves, but other times if people stay silent things can really get out of control.

@@boyblob exactly. Sometimes people don't recognize they are hurting themselves, too. If you do, shouldn't you say something? -Seeing something and doing nothing is more socially appropriate than staying quiet for the sake of form-. "It's better to do something when seeing self-harm despite social formalities" is what I was trying to say.)

Even if the seeds are just placebo, they could still have a positive effect. Between the mind association and just the whole act of placing them and discussing it, it creates a relaxing mindset and that’s good for overall health. Even many of us benefit from simply watching. More places like this spa should be available worldwide. Aside from the relaxing element there’s research to show acupuncture/acupressure can work. No medication, no side effects, only potential for betterment.

this is such a cool concept! I guess the seeds alone wouldn’t be enough for weight loss, discipline wouod be needed, but I think the pressing the pressure points would contribute to the weight loss! like you, I don’t need to lose any weight but I would love to build some muscle because I feel so weak 😭 also I don’t understand why the comment section is so critical of the things the woman said, she said you don’t need to lose weight. I think this experience was like talking to a non-toxic kind dietician and she did a bit of acupressure on the side to help with weight loss (if you were to go on the 3 month diet thing)

My dieting experience was weird. I did a body building workout and focused on balance between proteins, fats, and carbs, I was trying to be a pro wrestler. I was trying to hit 100 kg and ~10% body fat, from 100kg and 25%-30% body fat. In 6 months I ended up dropping to 81kg and my weight wouldn't go up. So I decided to try to go into MMA and stay around 81 - 84kg. In about 2 months I dropped to 72kg and got super sick. I have a bad habit of overdoing it. Now I'm older and trying to do similar but just for health and looks, but I hurt my neck doing judo in college and keep re-injuring myself.

I have successfully lost a bunch of weight before by counting calories, cutting down meal sizes, and taking walks, but the main thing that helped was actually getting really sick once XD Having no appetite and throwing up a lot for a month will really cut down on weight. I definitely don't recommend doing that, though. I was also working a job that had me on my feet a lot and on a medication that suppressed my appetite as a side-effect. Went from about 170lbs to 145. I looked *good* at that weight lol. Right now I'm struggling to lose my weight I had from working a desk job before the pandemic plus pandemic weight, and I'm stuck at home with a bad back now, so I'm at 180lbs about and not having much luck with it. My activity level is so low that eating less calories doesn't actually help me lose weight. I know I need to work out but my back & overall motivation sabotage me.

28% body fat at 58.5kg would mean you have 35lbs or 16kg of fat in your body. That is literally impossible unless you were obese. More than 25% body fat is considered obese, I am at 31% and am 5'10" 220lbs (99kg). Also if you are 58.5kg and you lost 20% of that fat, you would be 48kg (102lbs) which would only be acceptable weight if you were 5'1" (2 inches taller than being legally a midget).
