With the event to bring in the moving boxes, you don't technically have to find every box. Don't know if it's intentional or not but if you put boxes into the garage, exit the game, and reload, those boxes still count even when they respawn at their initial spots

Hobo the Grey's tent teleports you to a side quest for items. That tower the whale spat you at, if you go up top and rotate the globe you can melt the ice on the mountain. Use the flyswattee billboard to smack flyman out of the air. That should pop you into the final unlock

There's a lot of hidden things tp do or to unlock, a lot of references to many things from movies, games, pop culture, etc. What's cool is that eveything that you've done shows up inside your castle somewhere (at least most of them). Hell, you can even find a Jesus. On its own way this game is insanely well made.
