(Sharing my own experience) Pathetic service hai boat ki, jaha service center nhi hai inka, waha pick up and drop facility hai but ticket (Complain Raise) raise krne pr pick up (courier agency) se msg ayega ki "unable to connect to customer for pick up service, hence we are cancelling pick up of item", ye mere sath 7 times hua hai, total 1 month lg gye but no solution provide by boat, infact boat wale ticket bhi khud hi solved mark kr dete hain, POOR SERVICE by BOAT
