No one can switch from tier 4 student visa to Tier 2 skilled worker visa. Either his/her degree should be completed there or else your degree is about to complete in 3 months. For example if you are doing masters of 1 year your 9 months should have been passed to be eligible for skilled worker visa. Stop fooling people and stop misguiding all youth. There is only option you must have been on illegal status or else you must have applied for asylum as many minor communities from Pakistan have this option.

I was not a short term student visa.i was on a bachelors program my visa was for 3 and half year. You can apply to switch your visa if you are studying in a bachelors program or masters program. Just apply in any shortage occupation job and you can apply within the uk the home office website clearly states ( You must not travel outside of the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man until you get a decision. Your application will be withdrawn if you do.)

It depends on the company but legally you can spend 6 months out side of UK and 6 months inside the uk . But companies dont give you that much leave as my company gives me just 4 and a half week holidays per year.

Bro find a job in shortage occupation job that you have experience or have a degree in. Hire a solicitor . find a company who need your skill & that company should be able to sponsor you. Your solicitor will do the rest . Get a date for your new biometric UKVCAS appointment. Its same like VFS appointment. Go there give fingerprints, they will take your new picture.If you have legal documents and your documents are complete you choose super priority service you visa will convert in 1 business day .
