They will. But you have to report it. Not reporting it will get a person fired every time. The customer here had proof of the damage and that was used as cause for dismissal.

I would say. 50-.60/mile would be a decent starting wage. 2500 miles per week. $1250-1500/week gross would be nice.

Rodney Thompson drug testing is an FMCSA mandate. A positive test affects a driver's CDL status. If a driver can't drive, they're useless to the carrier.

This doesn't apply for today's trucking world. You get fired and it's worst than failing a dot drug test. Second chance companies will hire you if you have a fatality, roll over and even if you have felony convictions but if you got fired from your last job it's done for you. Got in the most minor backing accident that wasn't even my fault because a guy decided to try to hurry up and drive behind me while I was docking. Because I was backing it's automatically was my fault.

No it's not. Even the guy in the video found another job. You might not be able to work for a 'mega' but other places will hire you, and you could work some CDL B jobs.

@autumnjones9937 Because companies don't just terminate due to having to pay for unemployment. They usually try to get you to quit or violate a policy in order to not have to pay for unemployment. Your last employer won't say anything other than confirming you were terminated but not the specific reason because they don't want to be sued for defamation even if what they are saying is true, so all they will do is confirm you were terminated and that's it.
