18 is highly inflated. Only top 1% gets package more than 20lpa. Most of the students gets placed at around 15-16 lpa. And MBA HR students gets placed at around 12-13 lpa.

And don't even try to compare NMINS package with IIMB and IIMC. they are at whole different level.
