Hi Hooj, just read about your retirement and just wanna say a sincere thank you to all the content and laughs you've provided to us for free. I was hardstuck diamond (for almost a year) at one point and your content was a literal light in the darkness for me and I'll be close to pushing immortal next episode. All the very best for the next chapter of your life and may you find true happiness.

Hey hooj, i never reallt got to get vod reviewed (i never really got into any raffles) but simply watching your videos and trying to meet the vod requirements made go from bronze one all the way up to ASCENDANT in lil more than a year, its crazy to me how good of a coach you are from your videos and i am very thankful for it. I read about your career decision and tbh you hecking deserve it, and it will be for the better of everyone imo. Thank you for everything you did here Also i didnt care much about the radiant thing, seemed fair to me Edit: bod > vod acreer > career

Read about your "retirement". Sad days. I was so happy to see you coach. Not gonna lie I took a break from VALORANT in the time you dealt with the drama so I wasn't aware of the situation. I was still very sad seeing ppl stomp you down. I was just about to hit most of requirements for getting a VOD review. Im so sad to see you go but I'm happy to see you do what you like. Goodbye banana man.

Thank you for your content. I was a frustrated hardstuck diamond player for over a year, and watching your videos helped me climb to immortal within a few months. My friends would ask me how I did it, and I would always tell them to watch Woohoojin! Best of luck in your cyber security endeavors, cheers!

Hi Hooj I just got to know bout your retirement. Even though I never got to actually get vod reviewed by you, I have genuinely learnt so much from watching you. It makes me feel sad that we won't see you that often anymore but I just hope the best for you moving forward. You helped me go from bronze 3 to diamond 3 for which I couldn't thank you enough but more importantly it was a fun experience watching you overall. Your legacy shall live on Banana Man

Hey hooj, I just heard about your retirement. Good luck with the next step on your journey and thank you so much for all the work you put in. Valorant has been a really big part of my life for the last few years and a lot of that was structured around getting to the next vod review. I really appreciate your guidance and the goal you gave my practice. I'm sorry too about the drama thing; for what the opinion of a random chatter is worth, you seem like a really decent guy, and it broke my heart how people ignored everything you had done and built to focus on one error. That must have been agony to go through and I want to say that you deserved better. Looking forward to catching some streams as your health allows. Good luck in the world man, and thank you so much again, for everything.

Wasn't sure where to leave this, but here will do. I hope you read this banana man. When i heard you were retiring, it upset me very much. While i may be upset, i'm excited for you to begin what feels like a new chapter. The reason i'm writing this though, is because i wanted you to know what you did for me. I was the kind of person who viewed ranking up in games like val as impossible. Literally impossible. When i started watching your videos, it was because i liked you and your personality. It wasn't until i used something from one of your videos in a game and got a kill for it, that i realized i had subconsciously studying your videos, picking up on small things here and there, establishing fundamentals, etc. One big thing for me, arguably the biggest, was confidence. When i would start a game negative or lose a round because i failed to clutch, i felt like shit. I would beat myself up over it. I would literally tell myself i was unworthy of playing the game. But the more i watched you, the more i learned, and the more i succeeded. When i hit plat, i could not believe it. Next act i hit diamond. And last act? I hit ascendent. I remember staring at that green symbol for what felt like hours. Smiling, giggling like i was a kid again. You made me fucking believe, man. Regardless of all the in depth knowledge you implanted in me, the spots to watch, the places to peek, the placement of the crosshair, etc, you taught me how to BELIEVE. And it has affected my life, too. I have learned to love failure, because in every failure you learn something new. I don't bring myself down when making mistakes anymore, i welcome them. Thus may sound crazy, but it feels like for the first time i'm actually the game for fun. You changed my whole mindset and outlook, man. It's a shame you're retiring, but i'll always remember the banana man every time i rank up. Here's to your new journey, and, again, thank you mr. banana man.

As a big fan of him as he started becoming popular it's sad. However, even in his exit he conveniently glossed over the real reason for his viewership drop and that disingenuous kind of behavior shows why there was no redemption arc quite yet. It's fitting and if anything we can thank the universe for not letting him get radiant when he decided to "switch it on". He had plenty of time to apologize or come out before he was caught but he pathologically doubled down and got what he deserved. Thanks for the good content and important life lesson. Integrity matters and while most of the time it feels like people get away with their lies, this banana didn't

Keep talking like youre a saint. Content creation was his dream and clearly the truth getting out results in him losing his opportunity to fulfill it. Of course coming out with the truth on your own is scary and im pretty sure close to nobody would do it in his situation.
