The opening reminds me of the original but that DRY DOWN!! One of the most heavenly dry downs ever. It's like a dark, spicy cotton candy in the base and keeps me reaching my arm to smell it.

@@gooddaymate1171 I would say it really depends. I personally like it more than ultra male because le parfum is less sweet and more classy and mature. Works for me being in my early 30's. Always sample everything though, your bank account will thank you 😅

Bought UM today from Macy's and indirectly discovered LP. Went with UM because that's was my intention but ended up exchanging for LP because its smelled better on my skin given by body chemistry. Plus, it's more subdued and age appropriate flanker and is supposed to be the more seductive of the 2 sprays; I seduce for a living 👍

Couple of errors the 10ml is travel size atomiser. Aviator is different juice to the standard Le Male.

Good review. I just wanted to add a couple things about the fragrance that I think people might want to know. This fragrance is quite sweet and even though they claim vanilla as a base note I do feel like off the top you get it with a lot of lavender. All that being said my girl loves this fragrance and I've gotten at least 6 compliments within the week and half I've been wearing it.

Thanks for the feedback, How is the projection is it limited to intimate interaction and close encounters like hugs/close up one on one conversation (unger half a meter) or does it turn heads when you walk past people (1 to 2 meters) or does it fill up a room (5 meters) And how is the performance as in how long it last on the skin and on clothes. How long does peak projection last too.

Everything is subjective in scents and to ones nose the best of the Le Male line is discontinued Fleur De Male ! It will take over a room and 12 + hours longevity

This is VERY versatile. Me personally, I wouldn't wear it to a formal event type setting because that's typically when one of my Oud fragrances come out to shine, but for date-night, casual wear, work, summer,spring, fall... Definitely a GO. Not sure about winter yet though, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to pull it off.

@@Davethegoat19 🤦... That is not true. Now that I've owned this fragrance for some time now, It can be worn during the daytime @ work in a business casual setting or in the evening for "date night". Although Creed Royal Oud and Mancera's Cedrat Boise are still my two favorite "work environment fragrances", it's not even close, Le Male Parfum is my most complimented fragrance of the three during the day. I also own Bleu De Channel Parfum, which smells really good to me as well, but again, La Male Parfum blows them all out the water in regards to most compliments received during any time of the day, any season.

Hey buddy? I heard Jean Paul Gaultier Andre smells like Popeye. Have you smelled it? If so what you think about it. I smelled Popeye at Macy's few years ago. I tested it and liked it. But when I went back last year before the pandemic. They told me it was limited edition. I was like damn. Does Andre smell like it? I know a place that sells Andre for 55 bucks. That's not counting the shipping cost. But they said they don't have it in stock. They will have Andre in stock and the end of this month. That's when I will order it. @@myles3605 La Male Parfum. 11 months later after leaving my initial comment and it's hands down one of my most complimented fragrances. I wear it to work, bars, social gatherings, etc. I can wear it with a T shirt, shirt and tie, doesn't matter. It's just a compliment magnet. Second place in my collection is Blu de channel Parfum which is also a magnet, but LA Male Parfum has it beat from my experiences wearing them both and receiving feed back from various women. Hopefully this helps lol

@@myles3605 aw damn man, sorry to hear smh. The best way to describe it is that it's the modern day version of the original La Male. It does not give out the outdated vibes that some say the original La Male gives out in 2022, but It definitely has that fimiliar DNA scent to it. Performance is really good, but not as loud as the original. I think where it really shines is that it's a perfect balance of being somewhat sweet, but masculine at the same time. I can't see women trying to wear this one like they can with a few other popular men's designer fragrances. And like I stated before, it's very versatile and can be worn to and in any occasion. Kinda like how you can wear Blue de Channel EDT or EDP to any occasion as well. Age group for this fragrance, I would say 25 and up because it can dish out that "young business professional" vibe as well as being a "T shirt fragrance" for the weekend and when you're going out. "Date night" fragrance as well.
