No what hes saying is fully clickbait and fake, that is why I hate him so much, probably my least favorite youtuber. He's just basically clickbaiting, he hold all the comments in review and only allowed 9 comments, which means no one can type 10 comments unless if he accepts it. He did the same for 20 comments, but instead he only allowed 18 comments and disabled all the others just so that he doesn't delete his channel If theres a rule in youtube where we aren't allowed to make clickbait, I will definitely spam report him until he gets terminated, hes doing this with many other videos.
