Congrats on your wedding 💕Also, you can't understand Greek because it's a different language group. You're fluent in languages from Latin and Slavic groups, and have exposure to Germanic ones, so other languages from these groups are intelligible to you. Greek is the only language in its language group (Hellenic), so you can't simply understand it. Just like you don't expect you would understand Persian or Hindi without learning them :)

Hi Mila! Congratulations gorgeous! I am Greek and quarter Russian and I have to say these two languages have similar words and alphabet(Cyrillic) but it's true greek is one of the most long lived languages it doesn't derive from latin or anywhere else, greek derives from Ancient Greek 🥰😘
